2015 hasn't seen too much action for Dayton's Bubba Foster. But in just five starts this season he did manage to pull off an impressive victory at Sunset Speedway Park in the month of May. In total he has only been to two tracks this year. The  Busy Bee Cleaning/Pam Pam'sAutowrecking/J.R. Printing & Graphics/TNT Motorsports #68 Allen has three visits to SSP and two events at Madras Speedway.

“It's been an up and down year,” said Foster, “I had a good car at Madras but fought a bad push and had to come out of the B Main both nights. We finally got it dialed in but when we went to Banks we struggled with the setup until we came back the next time and ended up winning.”

The plan for Bubba is to hop on board the Wild West Modified Shootout at Coos Bay Speedway and then run Cottage Grove and Sunset. They plan on having a bit of a family vacation on the Oregon coast before the Coos Bay race. In fact the Foster racing program is entirely a family operation and the blood runs deep. Foster is a third generation driver and even his sister, Christina, used to race Street Stocks at Willamette Speedway. Back in 2013 he was the IMCA Modified champion at Willamette beating out second place by a single point. His thoughts about the upcoming races?

“I haven't been to Coos Bay to race, every time they had a Mod race we weren't able to make it,” he said, “but the races we do run we're hoping to make the show every night and be fast and competitive which to me is just as good as a win.”

The 2015 Wild West Modified Shootout kicks off at Southern Oregon Speedway on Saturday June 13th. The tour will wrap things up at Willamette Speedway on the 19th and 20th to close the speedweek out for the second straight year. Teams from Oregon, Washington, California, North Dakota, Montana, and British Columbia Canada are expected to make the journey.

All races will be broadcasted through Speed Shift TV and you can either purchase each race for $19.95 or buy the whole week for $99.95. Orders can be made onhttp://www.speedshifttv.com. Be sure and don't miss out on these great races featuring the best Modified drivers in the Pacific Northwest region.
