A major test is coming up for youngster Brad Martin. The rookie driver from the Columbia River town of Warren has had success through the years in Late Models but is still learning in the IMCA Modifieds. The Reser's Fine Foods/Generation Transmissions/ToughCo/Wayne Martin Floor Covering/M&B Cylinder Heads/Western Pacific #99 Impressive entry will take on some of the best in the business during the Wild West Modified Shootout.

“We haven't had a bad year, we just haven't been getting the finishes we deserve,” commented Martin, “I'm still learning this new car and adjusting from the Late Model to the Modified.”

Last season Brad wowed Late Model fans in the Pacific Northwest region by capturing the Northwest Extreme Late Model Series championship. His transition to the Mods has been a good one, he just hasn't gotten to participate in that many races. The reason for his limited amount of appearances is due to his work schedule. In five starts he has had a couple of top five finishes including a season best third at Sunset Speedway Park.

“We plan on making the whole week,” continued Martin, “if we could get a top ten or a top five that would be nice. But I know a lot of fast guys are showing up.”

The 2015 Wild West Modified Shootout kicks off at Southern Oregon Speedway on Saturday June 13th. The tour will wrap things up at Willamette Speedway on the 19th and 20th to close the speedweek out for the second straight year. Teams from Oregon, Washington, California, North Dakota, Montana, and British Columbia Canada are expected to make the journey.

All races will be broadcasted through Speed Shift TV and you can either purchase each race for $19.95 or buy the whole week for $99.95. Orders can be made onhttp://www.speedshifttv.com. Be sure and don't miss out on these great races featuring the best Modified drivers in the Pacific Northwest region.
