Cottage Grove Speedway
BRING ON THE SUNSHINE AND THE RACECARS!!
We are now just 3 short days away from the first race of the 2022 season and the sunshine yesterday made it feel like it was really happening! We are hopeful that the next couple days will bring a little more sunshine and finish drying things out here at Cottage Grove Speedway.
We are giving the track and the pits as much time as possible to dry out before we start working them all in to give our drivers the best possible racing surface and to give our fans the ultimate opening night! As of right now we are most definitely planning to race on Saturday, however we won't have a 100% answer until Friday.
We have all been working around the clock to be sure that Cottage Grove Speedway is ready to open it's gates to everyone this Saturday, now all we need is for Mother Nature to do her part!
And don't forget the first 67 people will get into the grandstands for FREE in honor of our 67th Season Opener, bring on the sunshine, racecars, and all of the smiling faces into the stands, we are ready for you!!
